I enjoyed the fantastic location near many shops. The staff was very happy to hold my bags after checkout. Breakfast had many choices and was very tasty. I liked these points very much.
The elevator was a bit slow sometimes.

the breakfast buffet was acceptable it provided a sufficient start to the day.
the room lacked proper sound insulation i could hear street noise late into the night sleep was difficult the air conditioning system was ineffective i was unable to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level the room remained too warm despite my efforts.

the staff was helpful. the location was superb, a metro stop sits right outside! i also found the breakfast quite good with a varied selection, though the room was small!
The air conditioning was not working properly. It made the room quite stuffy. i found this inconvenient, particularly during warmer days. i hope they address this issue soon!
